Once you buy your test kit, you can either use the test in the pharmacy or take it home for a later date.
Book your included physician consult on our website. (You will create an account and enter basic information about your illness. When you hit the ‘initiate consult’ button, it may appear like nothing is happening, but rest assured we are contacting your state-specific, on-call doctor. It takes our providers an average of 4 minutes to appear on your screen.)
Your physician will discuss treatment options and is able to send an electronic prescription to the pharmacy immediately. If you’ve taken the test at the pharmacy, you’re already there! Congrats, one less step for you to feel better!

- Complete the prompted registration steps.
- Complete your purchase.
- An email will be sent to you when your kits ship.
