Q: Can a telehealth doctor actually prescribe medications if I need them?
A: Yes. Our board-certified physicians can prescribe medications for common medical ailments including UTIs, strep throat, sinus infections, ear infections, and more, as long as the condition is clinically appropriate to treat without an in-person exam
Q: How fast can I be seen?
A: Most patients are able to schedule an appointment same day to be seen quickly. However, it’s completely dependent on provider availability. If there is not an appointment window available, our service team will be in touch with you asap to quickly find an available provider on our platform
Q: Where will my prescription be sent?
A: You choose. During your intake, you’ll enter your preferred pharmacy. We send it electronically as soon as the doctor completes the appointment. Then it will be up to the pharmacy to notify you when it’s ready.
Q: Do I need insurance?
A: No. At this time we do not accept insurance for our telehealth visits. MyPhysician360 is a flat-fee, self pay service. You pay $69.95 per visit, regardless of your insurance status. Many patients find this is cheaper than their copay for an urgent care visit.
Q: Can you treat my kids too?
A: Yes. MyPhysician360 provides care for patients of all ages, including children. We try to make it easy to handle the whole family in one place.
Q: What if my condition can’t be treated online?
A: If a provider reviews your case and determines you need an in person evaluation, you won’t be charged. We’ll also give you guidance on what to do next, so you’re never left without a clear path forward.
Q: Is this real medical care, or is it AI?
A: Our providers are real people. Every patient is seen by a licensed, board-certified provider. They review your information, meet with you over the phone or on your computer, make a clinical judgment, and sign off on any prescription. We use technology to make the process faster and convenient for you, not to replace the doctor.
Q: Is my health information private?
A: Yes. Your health information is protected and private.
