Getting Started
What is MyPhysician360?
MyPhysician360 is a virtual healthcare platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for convenient online care. Providers may evaluate eligible patients for a wide range of common health concerns, including urgent care, primary care, women’s health, men’s health, dermatology, medical weight management, and more.
Our goal is to make it easier to access quality healthcare while giving patients the freedom to choose the pharmacy that best meets their needs.
How does a virtual visit work?
Getting started is simple. Create your account, answer questions about your symptoms and medical history, and submit your visit. A licensed healthcare provider will review your information and determine the appropriate next step based on your individual needs.
Depending on your evaluation, your provider may:
- Recommend treatment
- Prescribe medication when medically appropriate
- Request additional information
- Recommend in-person care
If medication is prescribed, it will be electronically sent to the pharmacy you choose.
Do I need insurance?
No. MyPhysician360 is currently a self-pay service, so insurance is not required. You’ll see the cost of your visit before completing your registration, and there are no hidden fees.
Is MyPhysician360 available where I live?
Our providers are licensed across the United States. Available services depend on provider licensure, state regulations, and clinical appropriateness. Services are not currently available in Mississippi or Alaska.
If a provider isn’t available in your area in the near future, contact our support team at support@myphysician360.com or (360) 861-6199 and we’ll work to connect you with an available provider as quickly as possible.
How much does a visit cost?
Most standard virtual visits begin at $69.95. Some services, treatment programs, or specialty visits may have different pricing, which will always be displayed before your visit begins.
Visits & Providers
Who will provide my care?
Every visit is conducted by a licensed healthcare provider, which may include a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, depending on your state and the type of care requested.
How long does a visit take?
Most provider reviews are completed in about 15 minutes once your consultation begins, although timing varies depending on your medical needs and provider availability. Many patients are able to schedule same-day or next-day appointments.
What conditions can providers evaluate?
Providers may evaluate eligible patients for many common healthcare needs, including:
- Urgent care concerns
- Primary care
- Women’s health
- Men’s health
- Sexual health
- Hair, skin, and dermatology concerns
- Medical weight management
- Prescription refill evaluations
Available services vary by state and clinical appropriateness.
What if I need in-person care?
Virtual care isn’t appropriate for every medical concern. If your provider believes you need additional testing or an in-person examination, they’ll recommend the appropriate next step. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
Can I receive a prescription?
Yes. If your provider determines that medication is medically appropriate, they may prescribe treatment as part of your care plan. Certain medications, including controlled substances, are not available through MyPhysician360.
Prescriptions & Pharmacy
Where will my prescription be sent?
If medication is prescribed, it will be electronically transmitted to the pharmacy you select during your visit. You are always free to choose the pharmacy that best meets your needs.
Can I use my local pharmacy?
Yes. MyPhysician360 can send prescriptions to most retail and independent pharmacies nationwide. Many patients learn about MyPhysician360 through their local community pharmacy, but you’re never required to use a specific pharmacy.
How long does it take for my prescription to arrive?
Once your provider completes your visit and, when medically appropriate, issues a prescription, it is transmitted electronically to your selected pharmacy.
Prescription processing times vary by pharmacy. For pickup estimates, please contact your pharmacy directly.
Can I request a prescription refill?
Providers may evaluate refill requests when medically appropriate. Simply select the Prescription Refills visit option, and a licensed healthcare provider will review your request.
Billing & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, and bank account payments. Payment is collected at the time of your visit.
Does MyPhysician360 accept insurance?
Not at this time. MyPhysician360 currently operates as a self-pay service. We continue to evaluate future insurance participation and will share updates as they become available.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. MyPhysician360 visits are generally HSA and FSA eligible. Check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility under your specific plan. Prescription costs paid at your pharmacy are also typically HSA and FSA eligible.
Will I be charged if medication isn’t prescribed?
Yes. Your visit fee covers the provider’s time, clinical review, and medical evaluation — not the outcome of the visit. Because every treatment recommendation is based on independent medical judgment, a prescription is never guaranteed. There may be an exception: if your provider determines your condition requires in-person care and cannot be treated through telehealth, you will not be charged for that visit.
Are laboratory tests included?
Laboratory testing is not included in the visit fee. If your provider determines lab work is appropriate, you’ll receive instructions for completing your testing through an approved laboratory. Any laboratory fees are billed separately.
How do MyPhysician360 subscription plans work?
Monthly subscription plans include a minimum three-month commitment. If you cancel before completing that initial term, consultations received during the period will be repriced at the standard visit rate (starting at $69.95), and any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. After the three-month commitment is fulfilled, you may cancel anytime. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Privacy & Security
Is my health information kept private?
Yes. Protecting your privacy is one of our highest priorities. MyPhysician360 uses secure technology to safeguard your personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
Is MyPhysician360 secure?
Yes. Our platform uses encrypted technology and industry-standard security measures to help protect your information throughout your virtual care experience.
Medical Weight Management and Weight Loss
What is medical weight management?
Medical weight management is a provider-guided approach to improving weight and metabolic health. During your visit, a licensed healthcare provider will review your health history, goals, and overall medical condition before recommending an individualized care plan.
Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications?
When clinically appropriate, providers may discuss FDA-approved medications, including GLP-1 therapies, as part of your treatment plan. Medication recommendations depend on your medical history, eligibility, provider judgment, state regulations, and medication availability. Not every patient is a candidate for medication.
What should I expect during a weight management visit?
Your provider will evaluate your health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Based on that evaluation, they may recommend lifestyle modifications, ongoing monitoring, medication when medically appropriate, or additional follow-up care.
Every treatment plan is individualized. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
