Q: Can I refer my friends/family to MyPhysician360 as part of Share360?
A: To receive the $20 credit for your next visit when you refer friends/family, here are a few simple guidelines:
- Any active MyPhysician360 patient with at least one completed visit
- Your account must be in good standing (no outstanding balance or suspension)
- You can earn up to 10 referral credits per calendar year
- Credits expire 12 months from the date they are issued
Q: Who am I allowed to refer to receive the credit?
A: This program is for new patients only. General guidelines are as follows:
- New patients only, no prior MyPhysician360 account at any point in time
- Must reside in a state where MyPhysician360 is licensed to operate
- One $20 discount per new patient account
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
Q: When do I receive my $20 credit?
A: Your credit is added to your account at the start of the month after your friend completes their first visit. It is not instant. If your friend completes their visit in March, your credit lands at the beginning of April. You will receive an email confirmation when it is applied to your account.
Q: Where do I find my referral link?
A: Log in to your patient portal at patients.myphysician360.com. You will see your unique Share360 link on your dashboard under the “Give $20. Get $20.” section. You can copy the link directly or use the Share button to send it via text or email.
Q: Does my friend need to enter a code?
A: No. When your friend clicks your unique link and creates their account, the $20 discount is applied automatically at checkout. There is nothing to enter manually.
Q: What if my friend cancels or requests a refund?
A: Your credit is only issued once your friend’s first visit is marked complete by the provider. If they cancel before completing their visit, no credit is issued. If a refund is requested after the credit has already been issued to your account, the credit may be adjusted.
Q: How many people can I refer?
A: You can refer up to 10 people per calendar year and earn a $20 credit for each successful referral, up to a maximum of $200 in credits per year. Credits expire 12 months from the date they are issued.
Q: Can I refer someone who already has a MyPhysician360 account?
A: No. The referral program is for new patients only, people who have never had a MyPhysician360 account at any point in time. If an existing patient tries to use your referral link, the discount will not apply and no credit will be issued.
Q: How do I use my $20 credit?
A: Once your credit is added to your account, it is applied automatically to your next visit or subscription renewal. You do not need to enter any code. If the credit exceeds the cost of your next visit, the remainder carries forward. Credits cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash.
Q: Can my friend use the referral discount with other promotions?
A: No. The $20 referral discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. One discount per new patient account.
